Recalling the <strong>Pavillon de Flore<\/strong> and thus the <strong>Parisian<\/strong> origins of the owners, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.courvoisier.com\"><strong>Maison <\/strong><strong>Courvoisier<\/strong><\/a> has also a huge part of its history to share with you.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>At the difference of <strong>Frapin<\/strong>, this long-lasting <strong>Cognac<\/strong> house has been passing from various owning hands. For instance, some former <strong>British<\/strong> owners, the <strong>Simon<\/strong> family played a big role to redecorate over the years this bucolic <strong>castle<\/strong>, wearing with their native <strong>English<\/strong> style. By the way, this distinguishable drawing is duly patented, conveying the <strong>Courvoisier<\/strong>&#8216;s slogan, as the authentic &#8220;<strong>Napoleon<\/strong>&#8216;s <strong>Cognac<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>Otherwise, while visiting this <strong>manor<\/strong>, we can notably admire there the <strong>bicorne<\/strong> hat that the <strong>Emperor<\/strong> would have worn at the sad <strong>Friedland Battle<\/strong> in 1807, not far from a bottle to observe, from the <strong>Succession JS<\/strong> limited series, marketed in 2004 on the occasion of the <strong>bicentenary<\/strong> of the coronation of <strong>Napoleon Ist<\/strong>. In order to easify those exchanges around them, a tasting <strong>committee<\/strong>, made up of 11 people, meets every day at 11:30 am, whose wise nose would better determine the bitterness and the quality of the supplied <strong>juices<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Thus, those multiple contracts require a permanent juggling ability to get together the different styles of each <strong>exploitant<\/strong>. Fruit of a blend of years between 6 and 20 years, composed of <strong>Fine Champagne<\/strong> composed of 55% <strong>Grande Champagne<\/strong> and 45% <strong>Petite Champagne<\/strong>.
