The oyster bar is ideally nested in the departments area, in a confidential space, enough to enjoy a plate of <em>hu\u00eetres creuses<\/em>\u00a0(hollow oysters) or even the chef speciality, the haddock sandwich, relished with a glass of white wine on the zinc. Depending on the season, you may have the chance to discover the mulled wine, revisited still with white wine or the poppy lemon cake. Louis Aragon and Elsa Triolet meet there in 1928.
