This Maison Devaux is a family story, constantly proposing new premium sparkling ranges but not only. For a better efficiency, a selection of the first <strong>juices<\/strong> were extracted from the press, before a <em><strong>vinification<\/strong><\/em> operated in finely selected wooden <strong>barrels<\/strong>, with a high proportion of reserve <strong>wines<\/strong> aged in oak <strong>casks<\/strong>. Moreover, we meet some kind of independent process, such as the <em><strong>solera<\/strong><\/em> technique, along a reasoned use of <strong>SO2<\/strong> in each phase of the development.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The result is a <strong>muscled<\/strong> selection, reinforced of an exceptional aging maturation, able to sufficiently balance this <strong>Champagne<\/strong> <strong>Devaux<\/strong>.
