One year after the inauguration of Under The Sea<\/em>, an avant-garde<\/em> Parisian restaurant dedicated to submarine worlds, the still inspired Ephemera Group<\/em> pursues its imagination with a new culinary concept but this time in outer space. For your information, this new born culinary group was founded by a trio of Bocuse School graduates who are Anna\u00efg Ferrand, Loris De Vaucelles et Jade Frommer, and Stellar<\/em> is their new promising baby. <\/strong>By AP<\/em><\/div>\n

We couldn’t never get rid from those breathtaking images<\/strong>..<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Logically baptized Stellar<\/strong><\/em><\/a>, as a tribute to this epitome of stars<\/strong>, you would feel as if you were boarded in a spatial<\/strong> capsule. That’s why, thanks to a specific scenery<\/strong> (and of course no windows), surrounded by real spatial<\/strong> images projected on giant screens<\/strong>, you would undoubtedly be hassled into another gastronomic galaxy <\/strong>(photo credits: Simon D\u00e9traz). <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Thus, one of the main goals of this project<\/strong> lies on immersing the visitors<\/strong> in a reconstitution of this spatial<\/strong> projection from cosmos<\/strong><\/em>, through those various and always in motion celestial landscapes<\/strong>. If you remain attentive to those digital walls<\/strong>, between two sips of cocktails<\/strong>, you would easily recognize the Milky Way<\/strong><\/em>, the Moon<\/strong> but also some random meteor<\/strong> fields.<\/div>\n

This unique system of visual  projection<\/strong> needs a stop..<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

This unusual experience<\/strong> was made possible thanks to a genuine technology<\/strong> from the latest generation, enhanced by the Spectre Lab<\/strong><\/em> which is a multidisciplinary creative Parisian<\/strong> studio, specialized in the creation of immersive<\/strong> experiences. Those installations<\/strong> were realized in collaboration with the special effects from Jeff Van Dyck<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

In another hand, the decoration<\/strong> of this singular place has been entrusted to Henriette et <\/strong>Companie<\/b><\/em>, who have notably signed many film sets<\/strong>. They joined their ideas to recreate as much realistic as possible, on the two levels from this right bank<\/strong><\/em> address, this so distant solar system<\/strong> and the immensity of the sidereal world. Indeed, you can expect a real immersion<\/strong> into space, from floor to ceiling, reinforced by countless play of lights<\/strong>, all inspired by cinematographic<\/strong><\/em> universes.<\/div>\n

Lune et \u00c9clipse<\/strong><\/em> is a rhum<\/strong> based cocktail<\/strong> with white chocolate<\/strong> liquor, Khalua<\/strong> and vanilla<\/strong>–raspberry<\/strong> syrup…<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n

On top of that, look up all around you since a whole galaxy<\/strong> of planets, built from burnt wood<\/strong>, fine paper mache<\/strong><\/em> or heated glass<\/strong>, recovers the basement’s ceiling. Those pieces were decorated by hand by a former cinema costume designer<\/strong>. Without missing the secret room<\/strong> which acts like a space capsule cabin<\/strong>, from which anyone may pursue to admire those lunar<\/strong> configurations, through dedicated portholes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

In terms of gourmet<\/strong> topics, a simple menu<\/strong> has been designed to satisfy your hunger<\/strong>, while colliding with this unfamiliar<\/strong> experience. That’s why, a set of homemade<\/strong> dishes await for your venue, since most of them are spelled with cosmic<\/strong> names. For your information, you could find the inspired B\u0153uf en Apesanteur<\/strong><\/em> speciality, which is a heart of rump steak<\/strong> served in tagliata<\/strong><\/em>, along a balsamic<\/strong> reduction and balanced by some grated parmesan<\/strong><\/em>, on a bed of red onion pickles<\/strong> and served with homemade fries<\/strong>.<\/div>\n
