Replacing the former Alain Ducasse<\/strong>‘s address, this gastronomic<\/strong> restaurant<\/strong> proposes a concentrated and seasonal selection of specialities<\/strong>, deeply inspired by French<\/strong> ancestral gastronomy<\/strong>. Adding to this, a rare oyster<\/strong> grilled on the barbecue<\/strong>, is proposed in-between, with an hazelnut butter<\/strong> emulsion. In between, you would be undoubtedly seduced by a poultry liver<\/strong>, drown into a bath of crab<\/strong> emulsion and some cognac<\/strong><\/em>, just before opting for a creamy truffled chantilly<\/em> pie<\/strong> or a generous Marie-Antoinette<\/em> brioche<\/strong>, topped with a hint of caviar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

As a hot dish<\/strong>, the tradition specialities get pursued with Cardinal<\/em> lobster<\/strong> cooked in multiple ways, topped by a separated pilaf<\/em> rice<\/strong>, separately cooked on a Mauviel<\/strong> pan, as well wearing a crunchy<\/strong> aspect, hydrated with some Hennessy<\/strong> cognac<\/strong>.<\/div>\n
