Built in 1850 in the Old Center, under the Second Empire of Emperor Napoleon III, this service center made it possible to transmit, receive and even broadcast messages.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><strong>Sometimes used by the Post Office, sometimes as a company canteen, and after being abandoned on several occasions, it came back to life in 2018 under the leadership of Fran\u00e7ois Veillon.
