Indeed, Maxime Wucher<\/strong>, surrounded by his sister, Marie<\/strong> and her husband Cyril Bonnard<\/strong>, respectively Pastry Chef<\/strong> and Head Chef<\/strong>, have recently taken over the place. They decided to infuse Le Parc H\u00f4tel Obernai<\/strong> <\/em>with a certain avant-garde<\/strong><\/em> vision, tinged with the diversity of their travels<\/strong> around the World<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

It is this feeling of serenity<\/strong> and minimalism<\/strong>, almost oriental<\/strong>, that leaves the biggest impression when you enter the new rooms<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
