The Body Contouring Academy<\/strong><\/em> esthetic medicine institute introduces an attractive exhibition about ceramics, named Les Gueules Cass\u00e9es<\/em>, the time of an innovative event, uniting art and cosmetic surgery in a prestigious Parisian location.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A good occasion to discover the esthetic artworks of the artist Jean Delobaux, before eventually following a training session at The Body Contouring Academy<\/em>, in total immersion with international experts in cosmetic surgery. Founded by doctor Alexis Delobaux, The Body Contouring Academy<\/em> is the very first immersive multi-expert training, bringing together 9 international experts specializing in silhouette<\/em> surgery. The goal is to train surgeons, from all over the World, in innovative silhouette<\/em> surgery techniques, by offering total immersion with homolog experts in their field. This structure reunited his team the time of a plural event in Paris, last May 2024, at Salons Hoche, where sciences melt with art. <\/strong>By AL<\/em><\/p>\n

From a young age, doctor Alexis Delobaux<\/strong> had the opportunity to observe his father, Jean Delobaux<\/strong>, sculpting artworks<\/strong> of all types, including a collection of exclusive ceramics<\/strong> entitled Les Gueules Cass\u00e9es<\/em><\/strong>, directly inspired and made for the centenary of the First World War <\/strong>(photo credits: AL).<\/p>\n

For your information, these creations<\/strong> provide a contemporary<\/strong> look regarding those survivors<\/strong> from the First World War<\/strong><\/em>. Indeed, these Gueules Cass\u00e9es<\/em><\/strong> have often lost their social identity<\/strong> due to their disfigurement<\/strong>, their lives having been deeply affected. These after-effects<\/strong> have thus marked the advent of modern plastic surgery<\/strong>. Their multiple injuries<\/strong> included several wounds<\/strong>, maxillofacial<\/strong> fractures and unfortunately also other after-effects<\/strong>. This is how doctor Alexis Delobaux<\/strong> was inspired to sublimate bodies<\/strong>, notably through liposculpture<\/strong><\/em> in cosmetic surgery<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Therefore, doctor Alexis Delobaux<\/strong> innovated in this field<\/strong>, thanks to his own expertise<\/strong>, while teaching and training other doctors<\/strong>. Indeed, following in the footsteps of his artist father<\/strong>, this doctor<\/strong> pays much effort to work on repairing wounds<\/strong>, essentially related to imperfections of life<\/strong>, and therefore to give a voice to the random body<\/strong>‘s sufferings.<\/p>\n

On this occasion, the sculptor Jean Delobaux<\/strong> continues his work initiated during his previous exhibition<\/strong>, presenting ceramics <\/strong>in Lille<\/strong>, which was also entitled “Les Gueules Cass\u00e9es”<\/strong><\/em>. 6 years later, a new exhibition<\/strong> was therefore held in the classy Salons Hoche<\/strong><\/em>, where the artist Jean Delobaux<\/strong> came to present his 30 new artworks<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

Those masterpieces<\/strong> punctuate this exhibition<\/strong>, capturing<\/strong> the light and nestling in alcoves<\/strong>, forming a terrifying alley<\/strong>, while generating a true memory<\/strong> reflection.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

This visual artist<\/strong> also melted bodies<\/strong>, creating sorts of bas-reliefs<\/strong><\/em> on a ceramics<\/strong> style..<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

For instance, the doctor Delobaux<\/strong> was the first in Europe<\/strong> to use certain modern body contouring<\/strong> surgery<\/strong> techniques, such as the revolutionary U-Graft<\/strong><\/em> technique. Adding to this, he invented the first instrument in body contouring surgery<\/strong> to sculpt the natural shadows of muscle<\/strong> reliefs, as well known as the Sculptor<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n

Since his earliest childhood<\/strong>, steeped in the art of sculpture<\/strong>, the doctor Delobaux<\/strong> has enriched his surgical<\/strong> techniques thanks to family artistic<\/strong> qualities, thus developing a keen sensitivity<\/strong> to ideal shapes<\/strong> and proportions<\/strong>, adapted to each anatomy<\/strong>.
