With its 460 hectares of vineyards, Francis Ab\u00e9cassis is one of the largest independent producers in the Cognac appellation. Its ideally located estates allow for fully controlled production. This integrated management model guarantees that each cognac<\/em> fully expresses the specificities of its terroir and makes it possible to adapt the production methods of each cognac<\/em>. The Domaines Francis Ab\u00e9cassis<\/strong><\/em><\/a> bring together a remarkable selection of vineyards<\/strong>. Among their flagship<\/strong> brands<\/strong>, you could count on ABK6<\/strong><\/em>, Leyrat<\/strong><\/em>, R\u00e9viseur<\/strong><\/em>, and Grands Domaines<\/strong><\/em>. Created in 2005<\/strong>, the ABK6<\/strong><\/em> brand (as a contraction of the original Ab\u00e9cassis <\/strong>name) reflects the alliance of modernity<\/strong> and a rich family<\/strong> heritage. As for Leyrat<\/strong><\/em> cognacs, they have been distinguished for almost a century<\/strong> by the elegance of their eaux-de-vie<\/strong><\/em> from Fins Bois<\/strong><\/em>, where freshness<\/strong> and finesse<\/strong><\/em> are preserved during aging<\/strong>, while R\u00e9viseur<\/strong><\/em>, for its part, offers intense and rich cognacs<\/strong><\/em> from Petite Champagne<\/strong><\/em>, which fully honor the traditions of their terroir<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n

For the second<\/strong> consecutive year, ABK6 Cognac<\/strong><\/em> is launching in 2025<\/strong> an exclusive VSOP<\/strong><\/em> cuv\u00e9e<\/strong><\/em> in homage to the upcoming Chinese New Year<\/strong>, celebrating here the Year of the Snake<\/strong><\/em>. Therefore, Francis Ab\u00e9cassis<\/strong> and his Cellar Master<\/strong> named Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric David<\/strong> have selected some exceptional eaux-de-vie<\/strong><\/em>, aged in the oldest barrels<\/strong> on the estate<\/strong>. This unique cuv\u00e9e<\/strong><\/em> is distinguished by its gourmet aromas<\/strong>, combining spices<\/strong>, but also some Tarte Tatin<\/strong><\/em> touch, gingerbread<\/strong> and almond paste<\/strong>. It seduces with its roundness in the mouth<\/strong> and a perfect balance<\/strong> between freshness<\/strong> and intensity<\/strong>. Here, an engraved snake<\/strong> intertwines among vine leaves<\/strong>, symbolizing the fusion between the tradition of Cognac<\/strong><\/em> and Chinese<\/strong> culture. Its red<\/strong>, green<\/strong> and yellow<\/strong> colors enrich its symbolic<\/strong> design, since red<\/strong> evokes luck and prosperity, green<\/strong> recalls the vines<\/strong> of this terroir<\/strong><\/em>, and yellow<\/strong> symbolizes wealth<\/strong> and ancestral know-how<\/strong>. Under its aged golden<\/strong> dress, don’t miss its tasting<\/strong> notes of rich and spicy aromas<\/strong>, cinnamon<\/strong>.
