First, you have to know that the Domaine Buisson-Charles<\/em><\/strong><\/a> is run by Catherine Buisson<\/strong>, her husband Patrick Essa<\/strong> and their son Louis Essa<\/strong>. Together, they perpetuate a family tradition<\/strong>, while constantly trying to innovate<\/strong>. As for the Corton Grand Cru 2021<\/strong><\/em>, it enhances more robust dishes<\/strong> and cheeses<\/strong>. <\/p>\n
