Their Lieu-Dit cuv\u00e9es<\/strong><\/em> are aged for 6<\/strong> to 8<\/strong> months..<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Founded in 1925<\/strong> by Robert Andrieu<\/strong>, an agricultural<\/strong> engineer from Montpellier<\/strong>, the Champagne Lombard<\/strong><\/em><\/a> celebrates one hundred<\/strong> years of family history<\/strong> and a passion for winemaking<\/strong>. Today, led by Thomas Lombard<\/strong>, the founder’s great-grandson<\/strong>, it perpetuates a know-how<\/strong>, centered on the pure expression<\/strong> of the terroirs<\/strong><\/em>. Designed as a contemporary showcase<\/strong> of Maison<\/strong> Lombard<\/strong><\/em>‘s identity, this temporary space<\/strong> highlights the authenticity of its champagnes<\/strong>, sourced from unique Champagne plots, and even rediscover the house’s universe<\/strong>, through a refined selection of its iconic cuv\u00e9es<\/strong><\/em>, including their Lieu-Dit<\/strong><\/em> line, as a true reflection<\/strong> of those local terroirs<\/strong><\/em>.. On the menu, a few tastings<\/strong>, some virtual reality<\/strong>, a scent cabinet<\/strong>, and other curiosities<\/strong>, to immerse visitors<\/strong> in the richness of those Champagne<\/strong>‘s soils. Every odd day, masterclasses<\/strong>, led by experts<\/strong>, provide a deeper understanding<\/strong> of the production of vintages<\/strong> and the impact of the terroir<\/strong><\/em>. <\/p>\n

Among the featured cuv\u00e9es<\/strong><\/em>, the Brut Nature Chouilly Grand Cru<\/strong><\/em>, issued from “La Vigne Bouillet”<\/strong><\/em> plot, a blanc de blancs<\/strong><\/em> cuv\u00e9e<\/em>, seduces with its generous nose<\/strong> and mouthwatering palate<\/strong>. Another gem<\/strong>, the special anniversary cuv\u00e9e<\/strong><\/em>, a Ros\u00e9 de Saign\u00e9e<\/strong><\/em>, made from Verzenay Pinot Noir<\/strong><\/em>, presented in an exclusive patented bottle<\/strong>, designed to preserve the wine<\/strong>‘s freshness. Finally, the House<\/strong> innovates with its organic Distilled Gin<\/strong><\/em>, from grapes<\/strong>, better known as “Esprit Les Ribauds”<\/strong><\/em>, inspired by a locality<\/strong> and made from carefully selected botanicals<\/strong>, full of citrus<\/strong> and spices<\/strong> notes, forging a unique link between champagne<\/strong> and spirits<\/strong>. <\/p>\n
