In <strong>1923<\/strong>, the <em><strong data-start=\"1116\" data-end=\"1134\">Troubat <\/strong><\/em>family took over the production in the former <strong>abbey<\/strong> buildings. Today, the manufacturing <strong>process<\/strong>&nbsp;of those delicious <strong><em>Anis de Flavigny&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong>remains <strong data-start=\"1232\" data-end=\"1287\">local<\/strong>,<strong data-start=\"1232\" data-end=\"1287\"> artisanal<\/strong>, and true to its<strong data-start=\"1232\" data-end=\"1287\"> spiritual <\/strong>origins.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1330\" data-end=\"1702\">At the heart of every <em><strong>Anis de Flavigny<\/strong><\/em> lies a single<strong data-start=\"1374\" data-end=\"1403\"> green anise <\/strong>seed, delicately coated in multiple <strong>layers<\/strong> of <strong>sugar syrup<\/strong>.
