From the masterpieces of Georges de La Tour to the contemporary visions of Luc Delahaye, from the forests of the Amazon to the lunar landscapes of Tom Hanks, each exhibition offers a journey through emotion, dream, and reality. As part of the <strong>department store<\/strong>\u2019s <strong data-start=\"232\" data-end=\"263\">11th <\/strong>artistic <em><strong>carte blanche<\/strong><\/em>, this <strong>exhibition<\/strong>, named <em><strong data-start=\"280\" data-end=\"331\">Various and Miscellaneous Objects <\/strong><\/em>(<strong data-start=\"280\" data-end=\"331\">\u767e\u8d27 <\/strong>for <strong data-start=\"280\" data-end=\"331\"><em>b\u01ceihuo<\/em><\/strong>) turns everyday<strong data-start=\"338\" data-end=\"358\"> objects<\/strong> into <strong data-start=\"364\" data-end=\"387\">fragments <\/strong>of<strong data-start=\"364\" data-end=\"387\"> memory<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"392\" data-end=\"435\">silent witnesses <\/strong>to the <strong data-start=\"392\" data-end=\"435\">passage <\/strong>of<strong data-start=\"392\" data-end=\"435\"> time<\/strong>. Among them, <strong data-start=\"437\" data-end=\"479\">telephones<\/strong>,<strong data-start=\"437\" data-end=\"479\"> radios<\/strong>,<strong data-start=\"437\" data-end=\"479\"> bottles<\/strong>, and even<strong data-start=\"437\" data-end=\"479\"> lamps<\/strong>, drawn from <strong data-start=\"492\" data-end=\"516\">personal collections<\/strong>, the <strong data-start=\"522\" data-end=\"539\">store<\/strong>\u2019s <strong data-start=\"522\" data-end=\"539\">staff<\/strong>, and the <strong data-start=\"549\" data-end=\"559\">public<\/strong>, come together to form a<strong data-start=\"585\" data-end=\"625\">&nbsp;participatory artwork<\/strong>. This <strong>installation<\/strong> pays a clear tribute to<strong data-start=\"658\" data-end=\"708\"> Marcel Duchamp<\/strong>\u2019s iconic<em><strong data-start=\"658\" data-end=\"708\"> Bottle Rack<\/strong><\/em>. Beneath the <strong data-start=\"722\" data-end=\"736\">glass roof<\/strong>, two monumental<strong data-start=\"742\" data-end=\"777\"> suspended structures<\/strong>, made of <strong data-start=\"786\" data-end=\"806\">luminous bottles<\/strong>, reinterpret the <strong data-start=\"823\" data-end=\"837\">ready-made<\/strong> and announce the history of those<strong data-start=\"852\" data-end=\"910\"><em> avant-garde <\/em><\/strong>movements of this <strong data-start=\"914\" data-end=\"935\">Paris<\/strong><em>\u2019 Left Bank <\/em>temple.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"58\" data-end=\"626\">From <strong data-start=\"937\" data-end=\"966\"><em>trompe-l\u2019\u0153il <\/em><\/strong>shop windows, <strong data-start=\"968\" data-end=\"979\">mirrors<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"985\" data-end=\"1002\">false windows<\/strong> blur the <strong data-start=\"1012\" data-end=\"1054\">boundary <\/strong>between<strong data-start=\"1012\" data-end=\"1054\"> interior <\/strong>and<strong data-start=\"1012\" data-end=\"1054\"> exterior<\/strong>, inviting visitors into an active immersive<strong data-start=\"1082\" data-end=\"1108\"> walk<\/strong>. On the <strong data-start=\"1118\" data-end=\"1134\">second floor<\/strong>, a striking <strong data-start=\"1147\" data-end=\"1166\">hall of mirrors<\/strong>, composed of <strong data-start=\"1180\" data-end=\"1211\">reclaimed doors <\/strong>and<strong data-start=\"1180\" data-end=\"1211\"> windows<\/strong>, unfolds vertiginous<strong data-start=\"1221\" data-end=\"1256\"> plays of reflection<\/strong>. Often overshadowed by his large canvases, these pieces reveal the <strong data-start=\"1308\" data-end=\"1344\">origins of his abstract language<\/strong>. The exhibition shows how, from childhood, the artist was fascinated by the <strong data-start=\"1712\" data-end=\"1748\">contrast between black and white<\/strong>, a symbol of his quest for <strong data-start=\"1776\" data-end=\"1791\">inner light<\/strong>.
