Le Printemps Beauté welcomes in 2024 new niche perfumes, such as Estoras, Les Bains Guerbois, Miller Harris & Cra-Yon

Le Printemps Haussmann, a famous Parisian department store, offers a wide range of products from around the world in its Beauty department, with a constant restocking of the latest new products. That’s why Le Printemps Beauté has recently completed its selection with amazing references, from all over the World. Have you ever danced in Les Bains Douche club, in Paris?  Nowadays, this mythic hotel and still a club also runs a whole niche perfume and beauty collection. A good way to share its certain Parisian lifestyle’s vision, through the different periods of this mythical institution, embodied in an inspired perfume range.

Apart from this, an other line of body care, putting in light a new art of bathing, was launched to spread the countless power of plants and infusing an ancestral French know-how (photo credits: Les Bains Guerbois).

For your information, this entity takes back the original name of this Parisian temple of well-being and beauty, opened in 1885, under the timeless title of Les Bains Guerbois. Since the early days, it became a place where many artists meet. As far as we know, this trend pursued from 1978, when this majestic edifice became the famous and trendy Les Bains Douches, one of the most famous night clubs in the World, and even until now. Indeed, in 2015, Les Bains was transformed into a 5 star boutique hotel, in order to revive the original hybrid spirit, with the opening of a spa and popular club downstairs. 

Furthermore, and in the same mood, the new heir of this place, Jean-Pierre Marois launched the first perfumed opus in 2017, with the Les Bains Guerbois, baptized 1885‘s Eau de Cologne, accompanied with the Atmosphere scented candle. Then, a complete collection of eaux de parfum was launched in 2017, were each fragrance offers an invitation to dive into the symbolic eras of Les Bains Guerbois, since now 130 years.

For instance, the last olfactory issues, launched in 2020s, are 1979 New Wave, a musky woody and floral fragrance , imagined by Dominique Ropion, as a tribute of many popular rock bands who patronized this Club, by their venue. You would surely feel the heat of ambient nights, full of head notes of green and pepper mints, completed by heart notes of concrete iris, and Virginia cedarwood. The last subversive touches eventually need to be found in the base notes of the warm Australian sandalwood, musk and ambered wood. 

Thus, you may count now on 13 unisex fragrances, made in collaboration with famous master perfumers, such as Dorothée Piot, Jérôme Epinette, Bertrand Duchaufour, Dominique Ropion, Michel Almairac and Fanny Bal.

The other proposed creation, this time by Fanny Bal, is the 2018 Roxo Tonic, an aromatic and citrus perfume. For your information, Roxo (illustrated below by Fer Palomar) symbolizes a party, where all the elements circulate and become one. Therefore, you would easily recognize many material references, such as: leather, lacquer, wood and even enameled lava. This fragrance gather several opposites attracting to each other, in a naturally festive and sparkling atmosphere, including head notes of Calabrian bergamot, lemon and ginger. Followed by heart notes of French gentian, Tunisian neroli and completed some tea leaves. On top of that, get bewitched by the lasting base notes of Haitian vetiver, ambroxan and musk. In another hand, let’s discover the new olfactory project from Estoras. Considered as an ode to exploration and olfactory elegance, Estoras, was founded in 2021 by Paul-Anton Esterházy in Vienna, in Austria. Deeply influenced by his family heritage who crossed the World to explore faraway lands, this elegant prince imagined an original perfume project that embodies a certain refinement and exclusivity (photo credits: Estoras).

For instance, Estoras may be considered as a true tribute to his grandfather, named Antal Esterházy, who was a racing enthusiast. So to say, this brand draws some inspiration from the great eras of exploration and adventure to create elegant and daring fragrances. In order to make this possible, those Estoras fragrances display various captivating compositions, crafted with precious ingredients and above all, a great attention to details. Among the brand’s flagship creations, three eaux de parfum stand out in particular and may be adopted in Le Printemps network.

Among them, why not trying the Shadows of Giza? Conceived by the nez Zsolt Zolyomi, this fragrance unveils vibrant notes of bergamot, hedione, wet stone and basil, offering a real sensation of freshness and energy. Thereafter, we head to the illustrious Port of Alexandria, another bewitching fragrance also imagined by Zsolt Zolyomi. By the way, this eau de parfum opens with sparkling and fresh notes of lemon, bergamot, grass and juniper berries, somehow evoking the feeling of sea breezes. On top of that, enjoy its heart accords of salt, petrol, cypress and cardamom, adding an intriguing depth, while its base notes of Atlas cedar, along other pine trees, moss and cypress create a memorable sensation, that evokes the majesty and mystery of this Port of Alexandria.

Icing on the cake, another alternative gets proposed to you with the Antal Chasing The Horizon reference. This powerful fragrance opens with vibrant emotions, emanating from bergamot, pink pepper and even Timothy pepper. Furthermore, here’s a sneak peek at the latest new releases for 2024, now available in Le Printemps Beauté. Among them, imagined by perfumer Karine Vinchon Spehner, their Céladon artwork may be regarded as a true poetic and vegan fragrance, inspired by the literary masterpiece, untitled “The Dream of the Red Chamber” by Cao Xueqin. The result is a combination of notes of lavender and white musk, mixed with accords of fresh magnolia and sparkling citrus. Then, the new Soufflot reference, was created by Mathieu Nardin and is really inspired by the aromatic spirit from the streets of Paris. This amber-vanilla fragrance would stimulate all our senses, through a blend of woody and gourmand notes.
