This Autumn 2026, L’Orchestre niche perfumer proposes their new fragrance. Made in Grasse, using plant-based beetroot alcohol and bottled by hand, Heavy Bubblegum combines artisanal craftsmanship with contemporary expression. Fruity, sweet and musky, it is designed for those who want to make their fragrance a true personal signature.

A new olfactory creation to discover in their Marais perfume bar in Paris, among many others, we can say that this innovative perfume is discovered as much through the nose as through your ears. By ST & AL

With Heavy Bubblegum, it seems that L’Orchestre Parfum continues its exploration of the connection between music and perfumery. Created by perfumer Pierre-Constantin Guéros, at Symrise, and paired with a creation by the rock band Sun Brutal Pop, this new fragrance embraces an alternative, glamorous and explosive identity (photo credits: L’Orchestre Parfum).

From the very first notes, a bubble-gum accord immediately asserts its inner personality. Then, the freshness of juicy watermelon blends with an avant-garde facet, inspired by lipstick, creating a sweet, soft and playful opening. Deliberately nostalgic and regressive, this combination is nevertheless treated with some true contemporary sensuality. At the heart, rose oxide brings bright floral accents. The note remains subtle, but gives this composition a slightly feminine character and a distinctive radiance. The base, built around white musk and vanilla, creates a warm and enveloping wake. The effervescence of the opening gradually gives way to genuine lasting softness.

Heavy Bubblegum embodies the philosophy of L’Orchestre Parfum, the Parisian perfume house, founded by Pierre Guguen, better known as a musician and perfumer. Each own creation combines an olfactive composition with some original musical artworks. This original idea was born in 2011, during a concert in Barcelona, where Pierre Guguen had played a fragrance, designed to accompany some song. The audience’s reaction convinced him that music could intensify the random emotions, created by any fragrance. The house was subsequently founded in 2017.

As far as we know, its first fragrances drew inspiration from various luthier workshops, the materials used to make musical instruments, and travel memories. We may thus mention wood, copper, leather and musical vibrations, all contribute to a collection created with several renowned perfumers, including Nathalie Feisthauer, Jean Jacques and Pierre Guéros.

You may learn more about this approach in the house’s first Audiophile Perfumery, located in the vibing Marais quarter, Paris. Designed as a perfume bar and listening space, this venue invites all visitors to discover fragrances in rhythm with their soundtracks, for a memorable moment.

Once arrived, you may attend real solid wood, along subdued lighting, and of course a vinyl turntable, wherea mixing desk creates an intimate atmosphere, inspired by Japanese listening rooms. Adding to this, clients can test the right fragrances on olfactive scent strips, while listening to their associated compositions and exchange ideas about their feelings. Icing on the cake, the founder Pierre Guguen regularly shares the inspirations in-situ behind his creations.
