Always in the spirit of promoting the excellence of local products, the Moment Divin has established a partnership with Le Troquet restaurant to offer a carefully matched food and wine menu. Each month, an event upon reservation allows gourmets to savor dishes, specially prepared for the occasion, accompanied by wines in perfect harmony. During the first edition of this monthly event, random participants were able to taste a terrine of parsley shank, paired with an organic wine from the Vincent Roussely estate, located in Chenonceaux in Touraine. Then, a salmon gravlax with two mustards, another flagship dish of this establishment, was accompanied by a wine from the Domaine du Mont Epin, a white wine from the Viré-Clessé terroir, marked by great freshness and a subtle minerality. Adding to this, the first participants also had the opportunity to savor a beef chuck, accompanied by homemade carrot pasta, all accompanied by a red wine from Pic Saint-Loup, produced by Mas de Fournel. Finally, to round off this experimental dinner, a dessert, based on bread from the Poujouran bakery was offered, accompanied by a chocolate and Espelette pepper cream, all paired with a wine from the Domaine de Sainte-Croix.
