L’Alchimiste cocktails get paired with Bryan Esposito’s pastries, nearby the Prada corner in Printemps Haussmann for a Noël En Papier!
Why not celebrating your Christmas shopping in Printemps Haussmann with a delicious pop-up store, including cocktails and pastries? Thus, the mixologist Matthias Giroud associates his structure L’Alchimiste with Bryan Esposito at Printemps Haussmann to propose an original experience with his cocktail concept.
That’s why this pop-up store has been named L’Alchimiste x Printemps, highlighting this beautiful combination of skills from Matthias Giroud, co-founder of L’Alchimiste Group, and Bryan Esposito, pastry chef of Printemps Haussmann (photo credits: AL).
For your information, this ephemeral pop-up store can be found on the ground floor of Printemps Femme department from the Printemps Haussmann. A good occasion to discover the five exclusive desserts created by chef Bryan Esposito.
Adding to this, this pinky formula evolves according to the daytime, starting in the morning, with a barista offering, while switching at lunchtime, with a combination of barista and cocktails, still with or without alcohol. In the evening, let yourself be tempted by a menu of cocktails and mocktails. As far as we know, pastries are proposed from €9, along non-alcoholic cocktails for €13 and an alcoholic cocktail for €16. For instance, you may try a Milk Punch, with a caramel, pecan and vanilla filled mille-feuille and its suitable drinks, same schema for Jardin d’Hiver with a calisson, sudashi and hazelnut flavored tartlet, or for the Japan Cloud jewel, featuring Baba Japanese cherry blossoms and some dried plum, but also the Seasonal Bubble, starring coffee Éclair cream, along crispy praline and almond milk.
Apart from this, you have to know that Printemps celebrates this year the “Noël en Papier” thematics (“Christmas in Paper”), from November 9th, 2023 to January 7th, 2024. Therefore, a certain poetic and magical Christmas framework was imagined in partnership with the illustrator Mathilde Nivet, in order to guarantee the most inspired shopping moments in the various Printemps department stores. Indeed, Mathilde Nivet impulsed her creative force to express her own vision of paper material, matching the exceptional heritage of Printemps and the artist‘s creations with countless miniature models for Christmas decorations all around the store.
A good opportunity to appreciate paper in another context, through its most beautiful forms, where Christmas decorations illuminate its delicate patterns. Beyond becoming a messenger of wishes, that may be granted with a wide selection of mostly exclusive fashion, gifts, accessories and beauty, in collaboration with many premium brands.
If you get outside those Printemps stores, another facet from those papered Christmas decorations are exhibited from an animated window to another, yo pursue your incredible journey into incredible wishes.
