After leaving a gustatory mark in the cognac world from the early 2000s, it seems that the founder of ABK6 Cognac house, Francis Abécassis and his daughters wished to extend their winemaking journey to Bordeaux in 2024. This brand new ABK6 Family Estate range features various cuvées, all developed in collaboration with the Rolland & Associés laboratory and notably with winemaker Adeline Magère. Each wine reflects a strong commitment, especially to preserve the integrity of the fruit and to ensure consistent quality.

This ambitious project relies on no less than 320 hectares of vineyards, located in the heart of the Bordeaux region. Cultivated with precision and patience, those vines benefit from a temperate oceanic climate and particularly raised on clay-limestone and gravelly soils, encouraging complex and balanced aromatic expressions. The result stands on controlled yields and sustainable practices, reflecting a qualitative and environmentally respectful approach.

As seen, already well known for their fine and distinctive approach to cognac, here ABK6 continues its wine adventure by presenting a collection of wines and sparkling bottles, able to reinterpret the codes of Bordeaux and more globally French winemaking. Remaining true to its family spirit and visionary outlook, this house invites wine lovers to rediscover wines through a decidedly contemporary signature.

Among the flagship creations, discover Les Bulles as a Brut Prestige that holds a certain place of honor. Made from Ugni Blanc, grown on the house’s Charente vines, it was lately awarded World’s Best Bottle Fermented Sparkling Wine at the World Drinks Awards 2025. This sparkling wine delights with its freshness, aromatic finesse, and its ability to elevate moments of conviviality. With an expressive nose of exotic notes and a balanced palate, between liveliness and acidity, it perfectly illustrates the house’s quality standards.

The collection also includes a unique Vin de France Blanc, the result of an original blend, mainly made of Merlot, vinified as a white wine, combined with Sémillon, Sauvignon Gris, Colombard, and Muscadelle. Visibly dry, precise, and radiant, it reveals citrus and white flower aromas. Also awarded as a gold medal and 90 points by the Beverage Tasting Institute 2025, it stands out as a vibrant, modern white white, designed for elegant aperitifs.

Alongside it, the AOC Bordeaux Blanc offers a more classic expression of the terroir. The aromatic power of Sauvignon grapes blend with the roundness of Sémillon, delivering a refreshing, tense, and persistent mouthfeel, ideal for all kinds of expressive and structured wines enthusiasts.
