From April 9 to 11, 2026, the annual rendez-vous of Paris Perfume Week 2026 took over Palais Brongniart for a third edition that further established fragrance as a cultural subject in its own right. Organized by Nez, the event brought together more than 150 international olfactory exhibitors through a large program, combining talks, workshops, immersive installations and industry encounters. For instance, the “Smell Talks” featured perfumers, scientists and artists, while several olfactory experiences explored the sensory landscapes of Italy, the world of rose and the heritage of iconic fragrances through collaborations with L’Osmothèque.
Among the standout initiatives, EveryHuman introduced an AI-assisted fragrance creation experience, highlighting the growing dialogue between technology and contemporary perfumery. We therefore present to you some brands, present at their trade show, or nearby for a sort of “Off-Site” selection, who wanted to take the time to present their new elixirs to us. By ST & AL
The young French niche perfume house Stereotype had the project to reshape the traditional codes of perfumery with an approach, mostly centered on individuality and self-expression. Conceived as an invitation to break away from established standards, the brand celebrates unique personalities and the emotions that shape every identity. Its debut collection features four eaux de parfum, named as Flow, Unframe, Saĝo, and Brace. Connected by a shared woody, musky, ambery, and spicy olfactive signature, each fragrance nevertheless reveals a distinct personality. Thus, Unframe explores the idea of freedom through accords of basil, cardamom, and sandalwood, while Brace embodies a confident elegance, shaped by vetiver and ambergris. Whereas, Saĝo reflects a search for introspection with palo santo and tonka bean, and Flow favors softer, enveloping notes, built around musk and cedarwood. With this inaugural collection, Stereotype offers us their own vision of contemporary identity.

Founded in 2015 by Sarah Blair and filmmaker Jeffrey Darling, the Australian niche perfume house Map of the Heart wishes to develop a sensory approach to perfumery, inspired by storytelling, emotion, and imagery. Produced in France, its fragrances explore the many dimensions of any human heart, through nine olfactory creations, all conceived as emotional experiences.
With v.9 Wonder, the brand turns its attention to the feeling of wonder and the pursuit of curiosity. This luminous composition blends citrus notes of bergamot and mandarin, melt with a floral heart, dominated by mimosa, osmanthus, and ylang-ylang. In the base, sandalwood, oak, and palo santo bring a warmer and more enveloping signature. This amazing fragrance is built around a sensation of light, openness, and vitality.

Launched in Sydney by Franco-Belgian perfumer Dimitri Weber, it seems that Goldfield & Banks is now regarded as the first Australian luxury perfume house. Since its creation in 2016, the brand has been developing fragrances, inspired by the rich botanical diversity of the Australian continent, combining rare indigenous ingredients with techniques, drawn from French haute parfumerie. Through its creations, the house conveys a sensorial vision of Australia, shaped by wild landscapes, arid climates, and singular vegetation.
Part of the Botanicals Series collection, their new Rose Magnitude edition is able to reinterpret rose flower, through a floral, spicy, and woody composition. The fragrance opens with notes of ginger and cumin before evolving into a richer heart where Damask rose, iris, violet, and raspberry meet. In the base, papyrus, amyris sandalwood, vanilla, and tonka bean create a dry yet enveloping warmth. A balanced composition mainly built on the contrast between floral delicacy and mineral intensity, inspired by Australian landscapes.

Regarding the “off-site” selection, here are a few perfume houses that have organized events to present their collections. Among them…
Launched in 2026 by the Italian house Xerjoff, based in Turin, the new fragrance Gibeon joins the brand’s Shooting Stars collection, known for combining luxury perfumery with cosmic inspiration. Presented during an event in Paris at Le Shack, the fragrance remains faithful to the brand’s strategy of revisiting the contemporary sweet musky and floral theme through a dense and highly crafted execution, rather than pursuing true innovation. Inspired by the Gibeon meteorite, which fell in Namibia, the fragrance seeks to express a mystical and ethereal dimension. It opens with a sweet neroli accord before unfolding into a heart, dominated by iris and soft floral facets, eventually settling into a base of musks, vanilla, and creamy woods evoking the texture of a powdered marshmallow. Altogether, this composition creates a sensual and modern interpretation of the lipsticks and second-skin olfactory register, balancing a certain cosmetic softness with musky warmth.
