Indeed, this cuvée was initiated in 2021 but was recently unveiled, as a good illustration of the passion and unwavering commitment to excellence from the Château de France. Only issued in 1300 bottles and 100 magnums, you can be sure to be one of the happy fews, this 2021 vintage would naturally seduce all your senses. This particular cuvée, reserved for individuals, is only composed of Cabernet Sauvignon from certain plots and dressed with the historic Château de France label, which dates from the 1920s

Starting from its tempting fragrance of cherry, among other red fruits, pursuing on dark red robe to enlighten your table. Although, 2021 was not a very sunny year, but their wines were fulfilled with some genuine refined substance, along fairly smooth tannins, doubled with balanced acidity

Adding to this, this collector wine holds a promising aging potential, notably thanks to its delicacy and the legacy of its estate heritage, but also the absence of greenness nor under-ripeness. We recommend you to appreciate with fine cheese, traditional dishes or as a simple appetizer.
